Foil stamping applies foil to the material, which is an up-to-date printing technique. It uses metal dies and pressure to give the packaging a golden sheen.

Sop UV is a post-printing coating technique. In this process, UV curved varnish is applied to the desired printed area to create a glossy raised effect.

Soft-touch is a liquid-based coating. It’s usually applied in the course of the printing to give the packaging a soft and velvety touch.

It depends on your packaging needs and the type of box you have in hand from us. Despite that, here are the regular thicknesses of the boards we use:

• Folding Carton: 14pt, 18pt, 24pt,
• Shipping Box: B-Flute 32 ECT (200 lbs TEST) – 1/8″ Thickness.
• Mailer Box: E-Flute 32 ECT (200 lbs TEST) – 1/16″ Thickness.
• Rigid Box: 0.50pt board + 80lbs (160m) litho paper – 1/16″ total thickness.

White kraft offers a clean and shiny look on both sides, making the printing look more vibrant. In contrast, brown kraft offers a natural brown and rustic look, resulting in weaker print graphics.
