The artwork file you provide must be in print-ready formats such as PDF, TIFF, or EPS and must also be high in resolution. These files contain more pixels which results in sharper and brighter images.
For designs including photos and non-vector elements, you can submit them as JPEG or PNG, but a minimum of 300 DPI in resolution for optimal results.
